Welcome to Fashn Hous. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fashn Hous mobile application ("App") operated by Fashn Hous ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

- Provide accurate, current, and complete information

- Maintain the security of your password and account

- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You may only maintain one account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Fashn Hous offers a premium subscription service ("Monthly Premium") with the following terms:

- Subscription Name: Monthly Premium

- Price: $9.99 USD per month

- Free Trial: 1 month free trial for new subscribers

- Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase

- Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

- Management: You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings

- No Refunds: Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Premium features include:

- Unlimited connections with other users

- Ability to apply to opportunities

- Access to premium content and features

- Priority visibility in discovery

4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

The App allows users to post, upload, and share content including photos, videos, text, and other materials ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you:

- Retain ownership of your User Content

- Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content within the App

- Represent that you have all necessary rights to post the User Content

- Agree that your User Content does not violate any third party's rights

CONTENT GUIDELINES - You agree NOT to post content that:

- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or hateful

- Contains nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material

- Promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activities

- Infringes on intellectual property rights

- Contains spam, advertisements, or solicitations

- Impersonates any person or entity

- Contains viruses or malicious code

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these guidelines without notice. Repeated violations may result in account termination.

5. REPORTING AND BLOCKING

Users can report objectionable content or abusive users through the App's reporting feature. We commit to:

- Reviewing all reports within 24 hours

- Removing content that violates our guidelines

- Taking action against users who violate these Terms, including temporary or permanent bans

Users may also block other users to prevent unwanted interactions.

6. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to:

- Use the App for any illegal purpose

- Harass, bully, or intimidate other users

- Create fake accounts or impersonate others

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or other users' accounts

- Use automated systems or bots to access the App

- Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation

- Collect or harvest user information without consent

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The App and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by Fashn Hous and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our written permission.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

- The App will be uninterrupted or error-free

- Defects will be corrected

- The App is free of viruses or harmful components

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FASHN HOUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fashn Hous and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. ACCOUNT DELETION

You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. Upon deletion:

- Your profile and User Content will be removed

- Active subscriptions should be cancelled separately through the App Store

- Some information may be retained as required by law

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
